Managed the marketing
administration function at Hunter Douglas. This included product
management, sales incentive program management, customer service
management and commercial sales management. Initiated and implemented a
turnkey national retail seminar training program, including the
development of the business plan, budget, and computer budget tracking system. Responsibilities include site selection, contracting of speakers, direct
mail, collateral material, workbooks and advertising.
Directed sales and
marketing for a national food processing equipment company. Set up a
national distribution network and product sales increased over 100%.
