Need to Return a product?

Typically, if there is a problem or a defect with a product that we have provided simply contact us and we will replace that immediately with a defect free replacement. In the event a return is needed the following instructions apply.

To return a product at The Ozols Business Group, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at vilis@ozols.com, or by telephone, (800) 353-1030. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

To request an RMA:

Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. MT

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item Description
- Nature of the problem

In general, The Ozols Business Group accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, The Ozols Business Group reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

  • A FULL CASH REFUND
  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to The Ozols Business Group on returned items, and The Ozols Business Group will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at The Ozols Business Group discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
