Audio Visual Requirements and Room Set Up

Audio Visual Requirements:

Audio Visual requirement vary for Vilis' presentation depending upon the program topic, the venue, the type of program and the length of the program. If you are unsure of the requirements or needs for a specific program please call us and we will immediately let you know what are the specific needs for a given program.  The following are guidelines:

• Keynote Presentation:
  Wireless lavaliere microphone only. (However, due to customizations and specific content that may be presented, please check with Vilis and he'll let you know if there is need for a projector and screen or not.)
• Keynote Presentation over 60 minutes:    Wireless lavaliere microphone, Screen, and LCD projector. (Due to the longer keynote presentation being more content intense and screen and projector is required.)
• Breakout presentations or seminars: 
   Wireless lavaliere microphone, Screen, and LCD projector.
• A microphone is generally not needed for groups of 50 people or less.

Room Set Up:

• Vilis is not very particular about any specific room set up needs.  If it is a session longer than 90 minutes it is preferred that classroom setting (with tables) is used.  Otherwise, just use your best judgment regarding the set-up based upon the facility and the room. Vilis will check in with you, the meeting planner, when he gets on site to review the room set up in the event that there are any unforeseen issues that need to be addressed.
